Oatmeal Coconut Bars

Crust Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine oatmeal, maple syrup and oil together, mix well. 3. Press mixture evenly over bottom of a lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan.
Topping:
- Stir together carob chips, nuts, coconut, maple syrup and vanilla, mix well. Spread evenly over oatmeal crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let stand until cool.
- Cut into 1x2 inch bars.
